The game and versions covered
Pair by Pair: Number Match is operated by Eyal Arviv, using the brand BENO74 STUDIOS. For the processing described here, Eyal Arviv is the operator and data controller. Contact privacy@beno74.com.
Pair by Pair: Number Match is a number-matching puzzle game for iOS and Android developed by BENO74 STUDIOS. It was previously called Tenumi: Number Puzzle.
You do not need a BENO74 account to play. There is no developer-operated game backend, remote reward service or studio cloud-save account. Normal puzzle progress and gameplay records stay on your device. Store, advertising, support and website services have separate data practices described below.
Existing ad-free beta: the previously distributed Tenumi beta has no in-app advertising, in-app purchases, advertising or tracking SDKs, or developer-integrated remote analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. The legacy Tenumi beta policy remains available for those installations. Its no-advertising and no-purchase statements apply to that beta.
Later versions with purchases: the purchase handling below applies to versions that include store billing, even when advertising is disabled. Billing services may connect on launch and resume to check products and ownership; declining to buy does not necessarily prevent all store-service processing.
Future advertising-supported release: advertising is planned and is not active in the existing ad-free beta. The advertising sections describe the intended monetized version only. Production advertising integration and its release data practices have not yet been verified. We will reconcile this policy and the applicable store privacy disclosures with the actual release before enabling production advertising.
Gameplay and preferences on your device
The game stores boards, levels, Full-Run sessions and Daily Challenge progress; attempts and completed dates; current and personal-best scores; earned coins, boosters and resource use; tutorial status; and sound, haptic and appearance preferences locally.
Local gameplay records can include puzzle identifiers, retries, elapsed play time, matches and resource use. They support gameplay and checks of puzzle quality on your device. The game does not automatically upload these records to the studio or provide a gameplay-record sharing or export feature.
Versions with rewards or billing also keep local reward claim records, purchase ownership and pending status, and transaction references to avoid granting an item twice. These are separate from the store’s own purchase history. No studio-hosted purchase or reward database is used.
Google AdMob in the planned monetized version
The planned release uses Google AdMob for banners, automatic interstitial advertisements between gameplay moments, and optional rewarded advertisements. This section does not describe advertising in the existing ad-free beta.
Google’s Mobile Ads services collect and share information for advertising, ad measurement and analytics, and fraud prevention. This includes IP addresses, which can indicate approximate location; app and ad interactions such as launches, views and taps; diagnostic and performance information; and device or other identifiers, including advertising identifiers where available and permitted. This processing can occur without a studio server or a location permission. No precise-location collection is planned.
Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) handles applicable privacy messages and choices. Consent information requests and forms can process app, device and request information, consent interactions and privacy-choice state separately from displaying an ad.
Restricted or non-personalized advertising can still involve data collection. Removing or resetting an advertising identifier does not stop every identifier or network-information flow. The final configuration, recipients and data categories must match the released version; no production SDK privacy or security certification is claimed here.
Read how Google uses information from apps and sites, Google’s privacy policy and Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosures.
Advertising choices and optional rewards
In a version with advertising, use any privacy message presented to review the available choices. Where applicable, Settings → Ad privacy choices opens the available UMP privacy options. The availability and effect of choices depend on your region and the released configuration; this is not a promise of a worldwide switch that prevents every SDK transmission before it starts.
You can decline optional rewarded advertisements for boosters or a retry and continue ordinary gameplay. If ads are unavailable or blocked, ordinary gameplay remains available. Choosing not to watch a rewarded ad does not disable other advertising or store-service activity in a monetized version.
Device privacy settings may let you restrict advertising identifiers or tracking. An advertising consent choice does not grant Apple’s separate tracking permission. We do not claim that production tracking permission or age-consent flows have been implemented or validated. Changing a choice affects applicable future processing; it does not erase information already held by a provider.
Store purchases, Remove Ads and restore
In versions offering purchases, Google Play Billing on Android and Apple StoreKit on iOS handle the non-consumable Remove Ads purchase. The store handles payment credentials and its purchasing account; BENO74 STUDIOS does not receive your card or bank details or create a separate game account.
The app queries products and current ownership, receives purchase status and transaction information, and acknowledges or finishes transactions through the store. This can include product and transaction identifiers, Google Play purchase tokens and pending, refunded or revoked status. The app keeps a local ownership cache and transaction references; raw Play purchase tokens are not stored in that durable cache. Purchase information is not sent to a developer-operated verification server.
Remove Ads suppresses banners and automatic interstitial ads. Optional rewarded advertisements remain available if you choose them. Remove Ads is not a promise that billing, consent services, SDK initialization or diagnostics stop processing information.
Restore Purchases checks ownership through the same platform store account. It restores an eligible Remove Ads entitlement, not lost boards, coins, boosters or Daily Challenge history. Ownership depends on the store’s response; pending payments do not grant a new entitlement, and refunds or revocations can remove it. There is no studio account for transferring purchases between Apple and Google Play.
Store services may also process technical diagnostics and identifiers to operate billing, maintain security and prevent fraud. See App Store & Privacy and Google’s privacy policy. Their transaction records are separate from the app’s local cache.
Local retention, removal and backups
Local game data remains in app storage until it is removed by app or operating-system actions. There is no promised fixed retention period or automatic deletion after 90 days.
On iOS, delete the app through Settings → General → iPhone Storage → the game → Delete App to remove its ordinary local data. Offloading can retain data. Apple device backups may include app data according to your settings, and restoring a backup can restore it.
On Android, uninstall the app or use Settings → Apps → the game → Storage → Clear Storage (or Clear Data). Menu names vary. Clearing only the cache is not the same as clearing app data. Android automatic backup is disabled in the audited beta and current local implementation; manufacturer tools and device transfers may behave differently.
These actions may permanently remove progress, scores, Daily Challenge history, coins, boosters and local reward or billing caches. Retrying a level does not erase all progress. BENO74 STUDIOS cannot remotely access, restore or delete your device’s game data and provides no independent cloud recovery service. Store ownership may be recovered through Restore Purchases after local data is cleared.
Provider retention and privacy requests
Deleting local data, uninstalling, resetting an advertising identifier or changing consent does not delete Google’s or Apple’s existing advertising, consent or transaction records. Providers retain information under their own policies and applicable obligations; we have not established a single retention period or guaranteed deletion deadline for those records.
There is no in-app account to delete and no app-operated remote-data deletion tool. You may email privacy@beno74.com with privacy questions or requests about information we hold, including support correspondence. This contact channel does not establish a studio capability to locate or erase all data held by AdMob, UMP, Google Play or Apple.
Use the providers’ privacy controls and request channels for their records: Google privacy information and controls and Apple privacy information and requests. We do not promise deletion of records a store must retain or cancellation of a purchase through a privacy request.
Distribution, beta testing and diagnostics
Apple, Google Play, Android and device manufacturers may process download, installation, update, security, platform diagnostic and crash information under their own policies and your settings. Stores may make stability reports available to the developer. These services are separate from local gameplay records.
TestFlight collects crash logs and usage information and shares them, along with feedback you submit, with the developer. See TestFlight & Privacy. Google Play may provide crash and application-not-responding reports and, where applicable, Automatic Protection checks. These do not establish that the game uploads your puzzle journal.
Support correspondence
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments you choose to include and ordinary email metadata to respond and investigate your request. Please avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Sending a message does not give us access to your saved game.
Our support and privacy addresses use Apple’s iCloud email service; delivery also involves your email provider. We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for support, follow-up and applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of correspondence at privacy@beno74.com. Verification and applicable legal or security retention may be necessary. No fixed deletion deadline is promised.
For game support, bugs or feedback, email support@beno74.com or visit contact and support. Clicking an email link alone does not send a message.
Website and service providers
Opening this policy or the support website uses an internet connection. Cloudflare Workers hosting, content delivery and security services process ordinary connection information, such as an IP address and requested URL, to deliver and protect the website. See the BENO74 STUDIOS website privacy policy. This policy page has no advertising or analytics tags.
The relevant third parties are Google for planned AdMob/UMP advertising and Android store services, Apple for StoreKit, distribution, TestFlight and iCloud email, and Cloudflare for this website. Their roles differ by service, and they may process data internationally under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not claim that all are solely processors acting on studio instructions.
The reviewed implementation has no studio account service, Supabase cloud saves, hosted receipt or reward verification, or developer-integrated remote gameplay analytics or crash uploader. This does not mean that store or advertising SDKs have no diagnostics.
Personal information and younger players
The game does not ask players to create a personal profile. Avoid sending unnecessary information about yourself or a child to support. The future advertising release’s age protections and regional privacy choices must be finalized before release; no parental authorization feature or children’s privacy certification is claimed.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy and its date when practices change, and reconcile Apple App Privacy and Google Play Data Safety disclosures before a release that changes data handling. Planned features above should not be read as a statement that they are active in an older beta.
