About Tenumi
Tenumi: Number Puzzle is operated by Eyal Arviv, using the brand BENO74 STUDIOS. For the processing described here, Eyal Arviv is the operator and data controller. Contact privacy@beno74.com.
Tenumi: Number Puzzle is an offline iOS number puzzle game from BENO74 STUDIOS. This policy covers the current version of the game, including progress, preferences and gameplay records stored on your device.
You do not need an account. There is no game server or studio-operated cloud-save service. Normal gameplay does not send your progress or gameplay records to BENO74 STUDIOS or to an analytics, advertising or cloud-save provider.
Game data stored on your device
The app stores your current board, level, scores, progress, resource usage, tutorial status, appearance and vibration preferences on your device.
Local gameplay records include puzzle identifiers, attempts, retries, elapsed play time, matches and resource use. These help the game work and support checks of puzzle quality on your device. They stay in local app storage and are not sent to us. The game has no option to share or export these records.
Advertising, analytics and permissions
The current game has no ads, in-app purchases, tracking, remote analytics or third-party analytics or crash-reporting services. Local gameplay records are not used to track you across apps or websites.
The game does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location.
Local storage and removal
You can remove local progress and preferences using iOS app-data controls, including deleting the app through Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Tenumi → Delete App. Offloading the app can retain its data. Retrying a level does not erase all progress.
App data may be included in Apple device backups according to your settings. Restoring an operating-system backup may restore local app data. This is separate from a studio-operated cloud-save service.
BENO74 STUDIOS cannot remotely access, restore or delete your device’s game data. For iOS storage controls, see Apple’s app storage guidance.
Apple distribution and diagnostics
Apple’s distribution services are separate from the game’s local storage and metrics. If you test a beta through TestFlight, Apple may process testing information, crash diagnostics and feedback and make information available to the developer under TestFlight & Privacy.
Apple may also provide app diagnostics through its distribution services according to your settings and Apple’s policies. This is separate from an analytics or crash-reporting SDK inside the game. See Apple’s privacy information.
Information you choose to send us
If you voluntarily email us, we receive your email address, message, any attachments you choose to include and ordinary email metadata. We use this information to respond to support and privacy requests and investigate issues you report. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Support correspondence is separate from local game data. Sending a message does not give us remote access to your saved game. You can contact privacy@beno74.com about your correspondence or a privacy request.
Our support and privacy email addresses use Apple’s iCloud email service. Email delivery also involves your email provider. Clicking an email link alone does not send us a message. See Apple’s privacy information.
We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, follow up on your request and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing privacy@beno74.com. We may need to verify your request, and some records may need to be retained for applicable legal or security reasons.

Visiting this policy or support website
Opening this website requires an internet connection. Website hosting and security infrastructure processes ordinary connection information, such as an IP address and requested URL, to deliver and protect the site. This is separate from offline gameplay.
This website is published through Cloudflare Workers and served using Cloudflare hosting, content delivery and security infrastructure. See the BENO74 STUDIOS website privacy policy for those services, connection and security information, cookies, retention and email processing. This policy page uses the site’s existing assets and has no advertising or analytics tags.
Personal information and children
The game does not ask players for personal information. If you contact support, avoid sending unnecessary personal information about yourself or a child.
Changes and contact
Accounts, cloud saves and analytics are possible future features; they are not part of the current game. We will revise this policy and the applicable App Store privacy disclosures when those features are implemented, before release.
